Cookies

The website uses "cookies", which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or similar device for the purpose of recognising it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.
If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies (see instructions) and refrain from further use of the website.

Personal data

In general
Personal data is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another. When you use skysolution.dk, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens, for example, when you access content, sign up for our newsletter or send us a contact message.

To measure the B2B usage of our website, we use Leadinfo, which is a lead generation software based in Rotterdam. This software provides us with information such as company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our website visitors. The IP address is not subsequently saved or stored.

Safety and security
We have taken technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorised persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the Personal Data Regulation.

Your data is hosted on a Danish ISO security certified webhotel and we have also protected the site in the following ways:

  • Operation monitoring (skysolution is notified if the site is down 7/24)
  • Daily backup stored for 30 days
  • Anti hacking software added to the website/web shop and the site is scanned weekly for malware
  • Access to page and data is monitored and access is closed after 5 failed attempts.
  • Audit log of who/what/when changes were made to the site
  • Continuously update the site's software to minimise hacking attacks
  • SSL certificate added to the site so it runs https

Storage period
The data is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information
Disclosure of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you give your written consent. We only use data processors in the EU and all have a data processing agreement. Our data processors are:

  • Bambora
  • Voltage

Insights and complaints
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. If the data processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Inquiries about this can be made to: info@skysolution.dk. If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option to contact Data Protection Authority.
