A new visual identity across 5 different clinics
Dyrlægehuset Randers is an ISO-certified animal hospital with its own 24-hour emergency room. They specialise in dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents and birds and place great emphasis on staff training, which is reflected in the fact that customers always meet highly competent staff with up-to-date knowledge. They have several areas of expertise and disciplines at the clinic with completed or ongoing international certifications and specialities. In short, Dyrlægehuset Randers is one of the country's leading veterinary hospitals.
Back in 2022, they contacted us with a request for a complete redesign of their existing website. At the same time, they sought sparring and advice on their business strategy, including the linking of their five clinics so they could be united under one common brand identity.

One visual identity
With five separate websites, each characterised by a different design and tone of voice, and no clear indication that the five clinics were part of the same entity, it became necessary to also unite them under a common external umbrella. This also required the development of a completely new visual identity with a unique expression that clearly distinguishes itself from other players in the industry.
The result was a new colour palette, updated typography package and improved image and video material that was integrated into the new website design. This design has now been rolled out across all clinics to ensure a consistent and professional appearance.

Shared document management across all clinics
Internal document management has been significantly optimised by implementing a shared Google Drive that spans their five clinics. The shared platform has enabled instant and centralised access to relevant documents, which has strengthened communication and collaboration between the clinics.
This has not only simplified document management, but also created a structured and easily accessible archiving system that facilitates daily workflows.
